This option can be enabled in the <em>Settings<\/em> by an admin:<\/p>\n<h1><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2287 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/openbis.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/enable-dropdowns.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"162\" height=\"212\" \/><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Why do I not have a &#8220;+ New..&#8221; button in my Collection?<\/h2>\n<p>When a new Collection is registered, the Default Object Type needs to be specified.
